Job Description
As we move to working with larger brands such as NATO and Sony Music, we have the need for a more senior creative in the team.
We offer branding, website design & development and marketing, so we need to have a creative lead who has experience in all of these areas and are comfortable leading projects, doing pitches and managing the rest of the creative team.
We’re looking for a part-time role at the moment – 2-3 days per week, so this will suit someone who wants this flexibility.
Would potentially lead to a FT position if this is something people want.
- Salary £50,000-£60,000 FTE
- Hours 16-24 hours per week
- Start Date ASAP
- Location Hybrid (3 days in London office)

Your daily tasks will be different depending on what types of projects you’ll be working on but here are some typical responsibilities:
- Brand strategy workshops
- Creating brand briefs
- Leading the creative team
- Brand research
- Marketing strategy docs
- Creating content calendars for marketing team
- Delivering reports and analytics/strategy to clients
- Mentoring juniors
Qualifications
These are the ideal requirements but not essential
- 7+ years’ experience in a creative role
- Experience in both branding and marketing
- Management experience and skills
- Independent and able to use initiative
- Confidence with presentation skills
- Leadership skills and mentoring
- Business acumen
