Creative Lead

Job Description

As we move to working with larger brands such as NATO and Sony Music, we have the need for a more senior creative in the team.

We offer branding, website design & development and marketing, so we need to have a creative lead who has experience in all of these areas and are comfortable leading projects, doing pitches and managing the rest of the creative team.

We’re looking for a part-time role at the moment – 2-3 days per week, so this will suit someone who wants this flexibility.

Would potentially lead to a FT position if this is something people want.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will be different depending on what types of projects you’ll be working on but here are some typical responsibilities:

  • Brand strategy workshops
  • Creating brand briefs
  • Leading the creative team
  • Brand research
  • Marketing strategy docs
  • Creating content calendars for marketing team
  • Delivering reports and analytics/strategy to clients
  • Mentoring juniors

Qualifications

These are the ideal requirements but not essential

  • 7+ years’ experience in a creative role
  • Experience in both branding and marketing
  • Management experience and skills
  • Independent and able to use initiative
  • Confidence with presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and mentoring
  • Business acumen
